White Elephant Auction

I started this game some years ago and it got rave reviews! We gathered for an end of summer fun time with a meal and an auction. Everyone brought items that they didn't want anymore, that were too good to throw away. Some brought several. At the beginning of the evening a list was handed out of ways to earn PLAY MONEY! Ex. $10,000 for showing up on time! $5,000 if they brought a guest, etc. I made them up the week before. There were bidding wars that were hilarious! Everyone was entertained and had fun! Some asked when the next one would be!!
